 ow a trafficking victim might present to us. Unfortunately\, the public pe
 rception of human trafficking is often very different from the reality. Th
 is training will provide an overview of human trafficking and what it may 
 actually look like\, its occurrence in our area\, indications that someone
  may be a victim\, and resources that can provide help.\n \nPRESENTER BIO
 \n \nKorrin Moon\nKorrin Moon is President and Founder of Lantern Rescue\,
  a non-profit organization that focusing on capacity building of locals to
  increase their abilities to rescue fellow citizens from human trafficking
 . Lantern Rescue operates in 13 countries and has rescued over 2\,000 vict
 ims since its founding in 2020. Korrin is also currently assigned as a spe
 cial prosecutor in the Lycoming County District Attorney’s office\, focusi
 ng on crimes of human trafficking and CSAM. Korrin served in the Marine Co
 rps as a Russian Cryptologic Linguist after receiving her bachelor’s degre
 e in political science from Lycoming College. Korrin attended law school a
 t Penn State.\n
