  scams that claim to help but instead result in the theft of home equity t
 hat was earned over many years of hard work and investment. We will addres
 s how to distinguish solutions from scams and provide resources to help ol
 der homeowners age in place\, if that is their goal.   \n\nThere will be a
  continental breakfast beginning at 9:30 a.m.\, with the program beginning
  promptly at 10 a.m. The program will be 1.5 hours long and will allow tim
 e for questions. Members of the public are encouraged to attend\, and memb
 ers of the bar will have an opportunity to earn 1.5 hours of CLE credit. 
 \n\nPresenter bios:\n\nSarah M. Andrew is a managing attorney at North Pen
 n Legal Services (NPLS) in Bethlehem\, Pennsylvania. At NPLS\, Sarah provi
 des legal advice and representation to low-income residents of Lehigh and 
 Northampton counties. She primarily focuses on housing and elder law\, and
  she has held community education and outreach sessions on the topics of t
 enants’ rights\, fair housing\, and future care planning. She is a graduat
 e of Millersville University of Pennsylvania and DePaul University College
  of Law in Chicago\, Illinois. Her community involvement includes particip
 ating in the Penn State Master Gardener program in Lehigh County and as a 
 bike ride leader with the Lehigh Valley Coalition for Appropriate Transpor
 tation.
