 , Sarah provides legal advice and representation to low-income residents o
 f Lehigh and Northampton counties. She primarily focuses on housing and el
 der law\, and she has held community education and outreach sessions on th
 e topics of tenants’ rights\, fair housing\, and future care planning. She
  is a graduate of Millersville University of Pennsylvania and DePaul Unive
 rsity College of Law in Chicago\, Illinois. Her community involvement incl
 udes serving as a Penn State Extension Master Gardener in Lehigh County an
 d as a bike ride leader with the Lehigh Valley Coalition for Appropriate T

 ia Bustos-Soto has been with NPLS as a paralegal in our Medical-Legal Part
