Child Custody CLE hosted by Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association
The Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association is launching a new low bono project specifically for child custody matters in Luzerne County. Local attorneys who have little or no experience in family law are encouraged to participate and will be able to seek guidance from volunteer mentors. As a starting point, the WBLLA is hosting a Child Custody CLE that will provide foundational knowledge to attorneys whose specialties lie elsewhere. The CLE will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026 at noon, with a hybrid presentation—both in person and also remotely via Zoom. The in-person program will take place in the Presidents' Room of the Law Library, located on the second floor of the Luzerne County Courthouse.
Registration will open after the holidays and will be provided here as well as at the WBLLA's website at luzernecountybar.com.
