NPLS Managing Attorney Scott Williams (pictured left) received an "Unsung Hero Award" as a part of an Hispanic Heritage Month event held on Wednesday, September 15 at Touchstone Theater in Bethlehem. Pennsylvania State Representative Steve Samuelson presented the award to Attorney Williams on the Barrio Stage outside the theater.
