John A. Byrd, Esquire John Byrd is a Managing Attorney at North Penn Legal Services, where he leads with a commitment to access to justice and legal advocacy. He holds a B.S. from the University of Scranton and earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg. Mr. Byrd is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as in the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and has presented at numerous legal conferences and statewide training programs, sharing his expertise with peers and practitioners across the region.
