Free CLE - Providing Legal Services to Unhoused Clients - SNAP Eligibility and Appeals
This free distance-learning CLE is presented by North Penn Legal Services.
1 Substantive CLE Credit for PA Attorneys
Join advocates from NPLS as we discuss current SNAP rules and how to help clients maintain eligibility for SNAP. This presentation will have a special focus on assisting unhoused clients in maintaining SNAP benefits, submitting documentation for exemptions to work requirements, appeal rights, and related practical issues. NPLS is offering one free substantive CLE credit to licensed attorneys. Social workers, case managers, and anyone working with the unhoused population are encouraged to participate. This presentation is the first in a series focused on legal issues that commonly arise for our unhoused neighbors.
